RMA HRMS - Internal HR Management App
RMA Group, a leading international business solutions provider, required a Human Resource Management System (HRMS) mobile app for their internal operations. As their team expanded, managing HR tasks such as employee records, leave management, and payroll processing became increasingly complex. They needed a user-friendly and efficient mobile solution to streamline these processes and enhance their overall HR operations.
My role in this project was to conduct thorough research, design, and develop every feature to ensure it met RMA's specific requirements.

Problem Statement
The existing HR system was cumbersome and outdated, causing inefficiencies in managing daily HR tasks. RMA's employees needed a way to access HR functions easily from their mobile devices, while ensuring that sensitive data remained secure. Key pain points included:
Difficulty in managing employee data
Lack of an intuitive interface for employees to request leave, track working hours, and access payslips
Manual processes causing delays in payroll processing

Approach
Research: Conducted extensive research into HRMS trends and internal pain points within RMA's HR department.
Design: Created wireframes and high-fidelity designs focusing on a mobile-first approach. The user interface was built with a focus on simplicity, accessibility, and user experience.
Development: Developed key features such as employee profiles, leave management, attendance tracking, payroll automation, and report generation, all integrated into one cohesive mobile platform.
Testing & Iteration: Conducted multiple rounds of testing with end-users to ensure the app met performance and usability standards.

The HRMS mobile app was successfully launched across RMA’s internal teams, improving HR efficiency and employee satisfaction. The key achievements included:
