Getkons International
Getkons International is a global freelance and consultancy platform, similar to Upwork, offering secure and transparent connections between clients and professionals from various industries. The platform’s unique selling points (USPs) include identity verification through ID Card and passport, guaranteeing that freelancers are verified experts in their fields. My role encompassed designing and developing the web, mobile app, and admin dashboard for seamless user experiences across devices.

Problem Statement
Freelance platforms often face issues with unverified professionals and security vulnerabilities. Getkons wanted to address these concerns by creating a platform that ensures secure transactions, transparency, and credibility. Users needed a way to confidently connect with vetted freelancers and consultants while ensuring personal information and payments remained safe.

Approach
Research: Conducted competitive analysis on existing freelance platforms like Upwork and Fiverr, and gathered insights from both freelancers and clients.
Design: Developed a secure, intuitive design for web, mobile, and admin interfaces. Focused on creating a seamless experience for user verification and project management.
Development: Implemented an ID and passport verification system to ensure the legitimacy of freelancers. Created a transparent review and rating system for clients and freelancers, integrated secure payment gateways, and developed an admin dashboard for efficient platform management.

Lessons Learned
